Our condo is 10 years old but looks brand new because we haven't rented it up until now and we hardly used it over the years. We've taken excellent care of the property and are looking to only rent to those who will treat it like their own. Some of our furniture is very light & delicate, so we'd appreciate if you didn't eat/drink on it. We purposely put other darker furniture in the rooms for that purpose.
