Condo is 4 years old, nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen and very homey. Food, parks and entertainment all within walking distance. I will provide blankets and pillows, you provide linens and towels. Garage provides for 2 cars to park front and back. Free street parking also. Large storage room to store your bikes and beach equipment with hose that stretches to outside to rinse off after the beach. Must be 25 to rent, no prom groups.

No rentals to groups under 25. For July and August, only Sat. to Sat. rentals. All other times I am flexible with check in and check out dates. Holiday weekends require 3 night stay. To avoid the vrbo service fee you can pay by check but I will only reserve the dates once the check has been received.
