This property is located on the ocean side of Central Avenue between 25th and 26th Streets. It is very convenient to both the beach and boardwalk. The beach is a short walk to 26th Street, turning left and crossing only one avenue (Wesley Avenue) and on to the beach. The boardwalk begins at 23rd Street and provides a nice area for the morning bike ride or an evening stroll.
The rental unit is bright and cheery and has been recently updated with new furniture and freshly painted throughout. We have also just refinished the hardwood floors, and updated the bathrooms and air conditioning system in the past few years. The kitchen is well stocked if you desire to cook, although the many opportunities for take-out and restaurant dining will provide stiff competition after a full day on the beach.
The unit has a full bath (with shower and tub) in the hall adjacent to the bedrooms. There is a half bath in the master bedroom, and an enclosed outdoor shower for your exclusive use. A secure storage area for your bikes and beach toys is located next to your parking space.
